Our story
Our first coffee place is situated in the heart of Amsterdam. You will find us next to the Ten Kate market. A market that sells fresh produce and food from all over the world 6 days a week. At Sam’s we want to inspire people to stop and sit down while watching the buzzing market and others going about their day.

Our second location opened August '24 in the Northside of Amsterdam and can be found in the Hamerkwartier. An upcoming neighborhood with loads of cool hotspots. We are situated in a building where you can also find an art gallery and beautiful local design brands.
A dream that became a reality
Nasim's dream was to open a coffeeplace in Amsterdam. He had to leave his coffeeplace in Damascus due to the situation there and had to start over in Amsterdam. When he and Anouk met (at a coffeeplace.. where else?) they decided to pursue the dream and go for it. They made their dream come true and opened Sam's koffie in 2020. Sam's has become everything and more than they could ever dream of. A cozy neighborhood cafe where people feel at home and welcome.
